I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Liberty Used Appliances! I was looking for an affordable washer and dryer for my new apartment. I have had absolutely no issues and love the quality of the machines I purchased. Mr. Wayne was helpful, humorous and knowledgeable. In addition to Mr. Wayne being open and honest, the men that came to install my washer and dryer were very friendly and were very careful not to damage the floor or my doors! Thank you so much :)! If there was a 6 star rating, I would certainly give that to them!
these guys are awesome, they provide excellent customer service and most importantly at a fair price, you cant go wrong with them servicing your washer and dryer, your expectations will be exceeded, they go over and above any others in the business.

This review is long overdue. I bought my washer and dryer three months ago for my massage therapy business. I have had no problems whatsoever with the set I purchased. No more laundry mat, waisting quarters, fighting over machines. His machines are of good quality. I will be returning to Mr. Wayne for my appliance needs/repairs. We recently moved to Kernersville and figured we'd give Liberty Used Appliances a try since it was right next door. We couldn't have been more satisfied with how friendly and informative Wayne was, really going out of his was to answer all of our questions and help us out. He really does put a lot of work into making these appliances as new as possible, and the prices are so much better than other stores in the area.
