I’m extremely disappointed with how my visit was handled. I came in for testing and had a vaginal swab collected, which is already an invasive and uncomfortable test. After several days of waiting for results and not being able to get through by phone, I finally went back to the urgent care in person to find out what happened. Great, friendly staff very professional
Very welcoming and efficient, staff was attentive. I would have given 5 stars, however I needed to contact them regarding my prescription and the phone takes you to a call center that kept me on the line for more than 20 minutes then disconnected. I then tried leaving a voicemail which cut out before I was finished. I never received a call back. My husband had to drive back there to resolve the problem with my prescription.
