I went in to book an Italy trip. There’s a young girl in the front of the store whom is the rudest and snobbiest person to myself and my husband when he went in for information as well to confirm pricing. Needless to say, you are better booking it online for both sanity and professionalism purposes.
Terrible. I was in there a couple weeks ago and a heavy set girl with glasses was extremely rude to my family and I. Needless to say we booked elsewhere. I wish I caught her name to make a proper complaint.
Been working with Emily to plan a trip. I can not say enough good things about her and my experience. She’s very knowledgeable and has been able to help us plan a trip that’s with in our budget and helped take away the stress of planning as well. Can’t wait until next year for us to go away!
