I asked the leasing manager, Monica, about breaking a lease early. I was told it would cost me approximately $2000. I now have a $4600 collections for this apartment. That included a $1020 reletting fee. A $1200 insufficient notice fee. On top of $1388 of rent for the month AFTER I moved out. My $550 in deposits were forfeited but somehow not contributed to anything to clean the apartment or remove trash.
