I'm a runner and a fan of Zumba—especially the kind that gets my heart rate up! Powell YMCA offers many Zumba classes, and Cat’s sessions are my favorite because of their high intensity. What makes it even better is when Garen co-teaches. His energy and talent bring a whole new level of fun to the class! Garen choreographs his own Zumba routines, and I absolutely love following his moves. I even go to any other YMCA location where he’s subbing! The Liberty Powell Y is very friendly and offer many Zumba classes. The classes are well attended. The staff and people are all very friendly.
