Beautiful views, terrible living space. Constant renovation work that leaves us with days of no water, constant drilling, elevator outages, etc. not to mention the rat sightings, smell from trash rooms, and lack of compensation for this major inconveniences. Community infested with house flies. No response from maintenance, making it inhabitable. Avoid this place.
Janice is the absolute best! She is knowledge, kind and compassionate and loves the building. She also met with my daughter (22) and my daughter said "she's one of a kind". Janice, you truly are the best!
