Josh came out to my work place on a roadside service call. My daughters car had a flat, jack wouldn't work, and two men couldn't figure out how to make the jack work. He had the emergency spare on in no time and followed me back to the shop so I could get a new tire. The team there took care of the tire and had me on my way in 30 minutes. This company charges 43 dollars to do a twenty dollar job...I know this from personal experience. I have worked in the tire industry, and know what it takes to fix a flat tire...Run flat is an excuse to rip people off. If you choose to over charge people to fix flat tires, people will talk poorly about you and your company. Word of mouth is the best advertisement in the world, so I would think you would want people talking good about your company, and not down grading your company on a regular basis...
