Went to get my tires changed in my brand new Nissan sentra and the mechanic said that my lug nuts require a key, which was impossible because I haven't had any problem getting tires changed until I went to this so called mechanic shop. Then they tried to tell me they could pull them off but it would break the studs and I would have to pay for that too. So I went somewhere else and they changed my tires no problem without a key. Plus they are way to overpriced. Order your tires on tire rack
The word on the street is it's impposible for you guys to damage a wheel during a tire mounting. Sounds pretty egotistical if you ask me. Maybe you guys just have a issue with honesty...
I received good care, but then saw the offensive repair order note on my bill: “NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY! WARNING! SHE IS NASTY!!!!!” I was offered an apology and a free oil change: $35 on a $300 bill.

Have been going to Liberty Tire and Brake for 20 plus years.Never has there been a time when they did not go the extra mile for me to take care of my truck.Had a issue with a set of Michelin tires called Felicia and it was handled.They took me in this morning and had me out in about an hour.Danny's technicians when they work on your vehicle treat it as their own. They have rude office staff and they tell you things are broke that aren't I took my truck to bill duckworth Monday they told me I needed a new idle arm and pitman arm that was it they looked and so I changed them they were to busy to get to my truck to day so I took it to liberty brake and tire and they said my tie rods were bad and ball joints but I got the receipt showing they were changed in November 4 month's ago but they went bad from Monday to today cause one show said they were fine but liberty said they were bad its... read more
