Do Yourself A Favor.... Run Far Away From This Place.... This place is absolutely disgusting. It is very clear that Liberty Tax franchise has absolutely no standards. This is by far the dirtiest business i have ever been in. I didnt even want to sit down. The chairs are covered in stains, dust and dirt. There are customers personal documents piled up on the floor, on the desk and all over the place. I saw two people social security numbers on papers sitting on the desk. WORSE TAX BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA! Geneva and Tad are so unprofessional. They do not return phone calls or voice-mails and they are never in the office. If you want to have your personal or business taxes completely ruined. They are the couple for you. By far the worse tax prepares I have ever worked with. How they are still in business is shocking because they do not care about you or your taxes,as a customer. Once you pay you will be ignored by both of them. They lack professionalism and the experience to file your taxes..
