If I could give a zero I would. Liberty Tax is a scam and absolutely not helpful or nice. Had an appointment scheduled at 11. Was never able to be seen due to the listing scheduling me for multiple shops and no one was helpful in figuring out who I was actually supposed to see. Definitely not giving someone my taxes if they can’t even keep their online forum organized. DONT DO IT!!
Me and my husband were scheduled to come in at 2 to do our taxes upon calling the store the lady that picked up was rude on the phone saying I don't have an appointment for you before asking my name when it was under my husband's name. If your rude before I get there I can only imagine what you'll be like when we get there for that reason we will not be going to our apartment at 2 and instead we are going back to Jackson Hewitt.
It was good up until I referred a Friend and the Lady who done Her taxes was really rude to Her because of Her race. I also never received My $50 for referring Her. I spoke with Michelle on several occasions in Person and on phone. In Person I got denied because of them not having the funds on the phone I got hung up on several times. This all happened over a month ago and I still haven't received anything.
Before you ask Rosy I. Curiel to register your business/company please contact the Secretary of State, you're better off doing it yourself!! We reached out to Rosy in 2020 to register our business, paid a good amount of money, and she did, except with the owner's mispelled name, and listed herself with her address as partial owner.
