Dee from Liberty tax s federal location was AMAZING! Really helpful I really avoided doing my taxes I would hate doing my taxes she sat down with me and really explaining how to do things the right way!!
Cost has more than doubled since last year, they don’t tell you the cost through the door just get you in and have you sign papers and then you’re stuck, also, I’ve never owed the government money until this year and i honestly believe somethings not right!!! How can I work and pay out all my money in bills and turn around and owe the fed money? I am poor!! Watch out! I don’t know if this is one of those places that gives discounts for 5 star reviews- my experience hasn’t been that way. I had Dee do my corporate taxes and it has been only empty promises. She keeps promising to get them to me, then never follows through or sends them. Multiple times she has said “she’ll get them to me tomorrow” and she hasn’t done anything. She won my business talking about how she wanted to “build trust with me” and then did everything to do the opposite. I get that everyone is busy, but this t... read more
If anyone needs their taxes done, please go to Liberty Tax off of federal. Dee knows her stuff she’s very educated on tax prep. I did my taxes last year through Turbo Tax and I don’t know what the heck I was doing so I would definitely pay somebody else to do my taxes for me. I would highly recommend Liberty Tax!!! 💵 Thank you, Dee!!!
