I began working with Liberty Tax on Iliff on April 7, and while the initial communication was promising, the follow-through was severely lacking. Rosy initially set expectations that it might take until after tax season to complete my return, which I appreciated. I preemptively filed a federal extension and was told to call after uploading my documents. I did so, but Rosy wasn’t available, and I spoke with another staff member instead.
