Months ago I dropped off everything and nothing no update no call no response other than they messed them up and have to file an extension it is September in 3 days Reschedule an appointment with them September 1 they confirmed it they even gave me an hour before follow up. They contacted me multiple times to make sure I was showing up and then when I got there the doors were locked and nobody answered. I understand that this is Labor Day, but you would think that somebody would attempt to at least have a good customer servi... read more
Why make an appointment if you’re just sitting there forever ? I’m suppose to show up on time but not even proper customer service.
Lisa was amazing. So glad I didn’t file online, had a lot involved in my taxes and she made it easy and explained it all as we went along.
