"Sorry but there's nothing we can do" – Be prepared to hear this phrase ANYTIME you walk into the leasing office at this complex. Incompetent New Leasing Staff – I had the opportunity to visit this property several months ago before it changed management. The staff was friendly,professional and knowledgeable. Most recently, I contacted the leasing office to inquire about renting a unit to discover that it is now under new management. The woman I spoke with had NO knowledge of the various floorplans and or availability. She lacked business cards and failed to provide an application packet.
