Dylan has been super helpful from the beginning. He made the process of applying and moving in very seamless and we were always greeted with a smile. We are loving the place so far!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience applying here. As someone who was genuinely excited about finding a new home and who is new to the apartment application process, I did everything that was asked of me and provided every document requested. I was originally quoted a rent rate of $1,704 and was told to apply by the 28th to keep that rate. Lived here for a little over 7 years. Repairs were done very fast when requested(most of time within the same day). Rosendo(maintenance man) is the best! I did encounter rent increases, even during covid. However the increases were reasonable in my opinion. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here as my first apartment. Luckily, I now own a home.
