Charging fees for whatever, neighbors are rude and disrespectful, staff is rude!
Not kid friendly the manager has the sheriffs department trespass kids who are guests of residents!
Quiet and peaceful solitude We are so happy that we found Liberty Square Apartments. It is quiet yet so near to everything! What makes the place especially nice is the friendly and helpful management and all the staff. They went above and beyond and having been business owners ourselves for 30 years we know that is what separates a mediocre place from a great place. Thank you Liberty Square!
RecommendedQuiet clean NEW apartments
Clean apartments, reasonable price for the area, staff is absolutely the best! Love that they allow pets and are stick to their policies on that. No poo in the yard is a bonus for those without dogs. Excited for the new expansion features for tenants out in the courtyard and in the remodeling they are doing. Tons of amenities included which we don’t use all of them, but it is great to have the option. It’s a good community of neighbors too which is nice to have in an apartment. We are very happy at Liberty Square!
The owners and managment do not follow the fair housing guidelines for allowing people to have emotional support animals with documentation from a Dr. They insist on charging what they call a pet deposit and monthly fee which is against the federal and civil laws. Do not rent from this place. They manipulate the lease to keep taking more money from you. For example, if you don't pay their pet fee then they will take away your internet. Love, Love, Love this place The place is nice and the units are spacious. It's quiet and the staff is responsive to problems immediately. The grounds are nice and they are doing tons of upgrades like fire pits, community garden boxes, and a dog exercise area. I am so glad I made the choice to live here!
