Was the place to be at one time my favorite person lived there once,, had fond memories of her there, sorry it end for me there but, cool place to feel comfortable..
Don't live here. I encourage everyone to boycott this dump of an apartment complex because it's just an awful place to live. The landlord does not know what he's doing nor does he care about the residents. $1700 rent, no AC, mulch that attracts fleas, and now the rent is going to be raised to $1900 because the city repaved the road. This place should not be more than $700 a month, and even that is asking too much. Dude just pockets the money for himself rather than fix the place up.
