He was always focused on great customer service and explaining the reasons why or why not you want a certain style and specific installation. Liberty Shutters is a great Florida small business that you should consider if you want a great product manufactured and installed by a great team at a reasonable price.
Liberty came to our house and installed plantation shutters on 5 of our upstairs windows in 2021. I had the downstairs windows installed by a different company, that did not live up to their promises, as related to their sales and warranty practices. We have had issues with their products (as a result of installation). They never took responsibility for the faults and failed to perform call-backs or minimal customer service once the payments were made.
