This is the second home that I have plantation shutters installed with Liberty Shutters. The reason why I called for a second home is because of the excellence and professionalism that they work with. The quality of the shutters is exceptional. The service provided by Phil was outstanding and very knowledgeable. The owner has always been very responsive, and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with my shutters.
Gave Liberty Shutters quite a bit of business. Plantation Shutters and motorized blinds throughout home. Thousands of dollars. They have not been able to solve the defects in my twin motorized shades. They are paired to work together, but don't always cooperate. Plus, they replaced a motor with a much noisier one. We had Liberty Shutters install our shutters for the windows in the house. Phil came out measured and gave us a reasonable time frame. He came out and did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied with the outcome. Would refer them to everyone who is looking for shutters. Thanks for a job well done.
I had plantation shutters installed from Liberty Shutters about four years ago, and recently had a minor repair. I called them and Phil came out within a couple of days to do the repair. He was good about returning my call and communicating with me. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I love my shutters for the look, durability and quality. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they’ve been happy, too. I highly recommend Liberty Shutters for all your window treatments needs.
Liberty came to our house and installed plantation shutters on 5 of our upstairs windows in 2021. I had the downstairs windows installed by a different company, that did not live up to their promises, as related to their sales and warranty practices. We have had issues with their products (as a result of installation). They never took responsibility for the faults and failed to perform call-backs or minimal customer service once the payments were made.
