Very responsive to request for a quote. Measured and given quote during initial meeting. Install was 3-4 weeks later and done with efficiency. Very pleased with product of which there were several options depending on your preferences. Pricing was better than comparitive products. Liberty came to our house and installed plantation shutters on 5 of our upstairs windows in 2021. I had the downstairs windows installed by a different company, that did not live up to their promises, as related to their sales and warranty practices. We have had issues with their products (as a result of installation). They never took responsibility for the faults and failed to perform call-backs or minimal customer service once the payments were made.
