Not a bank for busy people who want to consistenly be able to access their own hard earned money. Definitely not for those who use lyft or uber to get around. They will put multiple holds on your debit card just for using multiple rideshares in a day with out contacting you. Then when you are checking out with a cart full of groceries at King Soop's you have to face the embarrassment of having your card declined after the cashier wasted at least 5 minutes ringing up your purchase. AVOID THIS BANK!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deposits put on ridiculously long holds for no reason whatsoever. Timeframe of holds changed after deposit was made on perfectly valid checks with no explanation. Management rude, no customer service available at all (not even via 1-800 number) outside of bankers hours. Your money is held hostage by this bank. There are lots of banks to choose from that offer 24 hour customer service and management that takes care of customers. Had I known any of these issues... read more

I absolutely love everyone at the bank. These people have helped me from the day I moved back to Denver to begin my retirement time. I don't know what I would do without them. They are a little further away from me now, but that has not mattered. My phone and computer work just fine. Although, I do miss seeing my girls on a regular basis.
For those with a couple blemishes on your Chexx System, this is the bank for you. You can open a free checking account even with a couple dings on your Chexx (up to 3 I believe). And if you don't qualify for the free checking, u can open a 2nd chance checking account. Great bank for those starting over.
