Purchased my first Liberty in 1992 form David. In 2016 I purchased my last one from Sandy. Now own 4 Liberty Safes. Great people to deal with and the safes are guaranteed for life. If you are thinking of buying a safe, give them a call. You won't regret it. Great people, great product.
Very good experience. Warm and dedicated staff eager to assist and very knowledgeable and patient during the selection process. The only issue was upon delivery. The delivery staff seemed confused and uninformed about the specific needs and instructions that I had provided during the purchase process. The delivery team was very good and worked very hard without complaints or delay. They were very respectful and courteous. All around a very good experience. If I ever have to purchase another safe...I know who to call.
My husband and I just recently purchased a Liberty Safe from Sandy at this store. After a lot of research and questions she had the answer to everyone and was honest and up front. Every time we walked out of the store we both said how nice she was. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Thank you very much!
I feel like I basically lived at Liberty Safes of Atlanta for 3 days straight. So many colors, styles, sizes and options to choose from. With the amazing help from Sandy, I was able to finally narrow it down to one. It was delivered today by 3 guys who were outstanding. I got a big enought safe to last me for life hopefully, but if I ever need another one, there is only 1 place I will go. From the first time I walked into the door at the store, to when the delivery guys pulled away, 10/10 experience!
I recently bought a safe from Liberty Safes of Atlanta and was very pleased with the knowledgeable staff that helped me determined what safe was right. We had a challenge with one of the doors and I decided to knock the door frame off to get the safe into the room. The delivery guys busted their tails off to make sure it was right!
I couldn't be more impressed by this family run business. They will spend however much time you need to educate you without high pressure tactics.go give them some business they will earn it!!!
