You will not find a better water purification or plumbing company! They were honest and up-front about the costs, including the potential for additional costs as they dug into the job. They worked with me to think through several options for adding water purification (reverse osmosis drinking water and line to fridge/ice maker) in addition to whole house water control with softening and balancing of the Ph levels. I received a card in the mail from Liberty Pure for a "free water test and service call ($155 value). The service tech came and did the water test. He also performed a maintenance service (neutralizer repack). He was at my house about 30 minutes. The charge was $199. I received no credit for the service call as promised by the card. When I called the company to inquire about this I was told that the price I paid for the service call and neutralizer repack would have been the same, $199, with or without the card for a "free s... read more

I am providing a review of Liberty Pure Solutions INC - 2824 Paper Mill Road Phoenix, MD. 21131- 1346 Steve, the service technician was prompt and courteous. We went over the scope and fine details for this day's plumbing project. He listened, was very knowledgeable and shared multiple solutions with me. I am providing my surprising findings after 15 months of flawless operation of my Total Whole House Water Treatment System installed by Liberty Pure Solutions INC - 2824 Paper Mill Road Phoenix, MD. The most surprising finding was how little of the Acid Neutralizer pellets were used, along with the salt bags for the softener.
