Don’t have them come out to fix a clogged pipe. They charged us 975$ for an emergency to fix our clogged toilet left and it remained clogged a few hours later. Had them come back scheduled none urgent time 3 days later and they tried to charge us another 975$ if the job is not guaranteed. Why would you choose this company? We will take all our business elsewhere!
Highly recommend Liberty Pure, they installed our water treatment system a decade ago and have been maintaining it ever since. Jovani came to replace our sediment filter today and proactively offered to add salt because it was almost low - he is very friendly and knowledgeable!!
We had a small leak in our basement ceiling and called Liberty Pure. Chris, our plumber, was able to come the day off to diagnose the situation, identify the issue, and fix the leak. He was easy to talk with and answered all the questions I had and was efficient in his work.
Danny Was very communicative, was mindful to make sure he didn’t make a mess, was able to recognize the problem right away & made sure I was okay with the work that was going to be done before he started.
Got the job done extremely fast, amazing job!
