I gave Liberty Pure multiple opportunities over the years and spent a significant amount of money with them on two bathroom remodels, a water treatment system, constant pressure well pump, hose spigots, and several other plumbing projects. Unfortunately, the workmanship and accountability have been consistently unacceptable. $4,000+ later and we still didn't get our issue fixed. We called Liberty Pure for a tripping well pump and somehow ended up paying thousands for work that didn’t solve the problem. The owner even told my husband we were never charged for the first visit—interesting, considering we handed over $200 cash. Three visits later, they replaced parts that weren’t broken and installed what was essentially a temporary wire instead of an actual repair. Liberty pure is AMAZING! Called them on a Friday at 6pm with a well issue and they came Saturday morning at 7am. Had the issue fixed within a few hours. Incredible service, honest and reliable! Hands down the best.
Our overall experience was outstanding. After receiving our water testing results, which were explained in extensive detail and the technician allowed us to ask any clarifying questions we had which ultimately led to our purchase of the reverse osmosis drinking water system and Liberty Pure Water Treatment System.
