After Liberty Pure repacked our neutralizer tank, our water looked like raw sewage. Liberty Pure's plumber attributed the problem to the way Liberty Pure installed the tank a year earlier. Billing department told us it wasn't Liberty Pure's fault and charged us for the service. A year ago, Liberty Pure replaced our acid neutralizer tank with a larger one. We charged $300 for a new well tank (installed by another company) and repacking the neutralizer. Listened to all calls and reviewed data, I apologize we couldn’t meet your satisfaction. You have been sent my personal cell please call if I can solve this for you. ( we made some recommendations.)
Our hot water heater broke at 1030am. We contacted Liberty Pure and they came out right away with a new hot water heater in early afternoon and installed it. We had hot water again by early evening! Rick and Nick were extremely professional and efficient. We highly recommend Liberty Pure Solutions for fast, fair and professional service. We will use them again for any plumbing need.

I recently had Liberty Pure install a water softener and conditioner to improve the water quality in our new home. The whole staff was extremely professional and we're thrilled with the outcome. The team showed up on time, talked with us about exactly what we wanted, and checked in with us throughout the process to make sure that we were happy. Liberty Pure solved all of our plumbing issues, and I was very happy with their services. They quickly responded to my inquiry and sent a technician an hour later. Kevin clearly communicated options and prices to resolve what we needed. Their work process was seamless, and we had not had any issues since. Would highly recommend them!

There are several areas we've seen improvement over the last month that I'll outline in this review. I'm truly shocked and love this system so very much. 1. Hair! Marketing get rich off of poor people business sheme...Beware...Buy the water system online, get a plumber to install it and save more than $6500 by not dealing with Libetty Pure.
