We had a major sewer problem over a holiday weekend, with sewage backing up into every drain and even the toilet. The plumber arrived quickly—within about two hours—and got right to work fixing the issue. Nathan had all kinds of modern plumbing equipment and really knew what he was doing. Everything was handled professionally, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for fast and reliable plumbing help.

Nathan arrived even before the scheduled time, displaying both thoughtfulness and professionalism. I had only reached out to the plumbing service a few hours prior and was blown away by their rapid response. Nathan continually kept me updated on the progress and in just a few hours, he had fully replaced my water heater in Philadelphia. I couldn't have hoped for a better plumber.

Nathan arrived punctually and took the time to explain his plan for repairing the water heater. He also kept me updated on his progress. The quality of his work was impressive and it was clear that he takes great pride in his job as a plumber. I am incredibly grateful not just because my issue was resolved, but also because the job was done excellently! I would recommend Nathan for any plumbing needs in Philadelphia without any hesitation!

duane from mike & sons plumbing & gas arrived promptly and accurately identified the issue with my plumbing system. he was an exceptional plumber and had a fantastic personality. he not only repaired the broken part, but he also made sure to thoroughly clean the plumbing system and ensured that the water temperature was to my satisfaction. i was billed a reasonable price for the service call as well as the repair. overall, i had a wonderful experience and i'm grateful for duane's professionalism and positive attitude!
