Nathan arrived even before the scheduled time, displaying both thoughtfulness and professionalism. I had only reached out to the plumbing service a few hours prior and was blown away by their rapid response. Nathan continually kept me updated on the progress and in just a few hours, he had fully replaced my water heater in Philadelphia. I couldn't have hoped for a better plumber.

when one of my pipes started leaking, i was left with no running water. i contacted various service providers, only to be told that i'd have to wait for 2-3 weeks or shell out a hefty sum for after-hours service. but then i connected with jaime, who promised me that the leak would be fixed by 5 pm. i was a bit doubtful, as the assurance seemed too good to be true, but jaime lived up to his promise. he showed up as promised, did a fantastic job, and his fees were much lower than what i had been quoted by others. i fully recom... read more

Nathan arrived punctually and took the time to explain his plan for repairing the water heater. He also kept me updated on his progress. The quality of his work was impressive and it was clear that he takes great pride in his job as a plumber. I am incredibly grateful not just because my issue was resolved, but also because the job was done excellently! I would recommend Nathan for any plumbing needs in Philadelphia without any hesitation!

duane from mike & sons plumbing & gas arrived promptly and accurately identified the issue with my plumbing system. he was an exceptional plumber and had a fantastic personality. he not only repaired the broken part, but he also made sure to thoroughly clean the plumbing system and ensured that the water temperature was to my satisfaction. i was billed a reasonable price for the service call as well as the repair. overall, i had a wonderful experience and i'm grateful for duane's professionalism and positive attitude!

We had a pleasant encounter with this plumbing service right from the start when Jaime and Nathan showed up at our Philadelphia home to provide an estimate. Their expertise and professionalism shone through during the entire process of installing our new system. Duane was particularly courteous and the team managed to complete the installation swiftly.
