I was very disappointed with the detail I received, and surprised by the problems given the number of positive reviews. They spilled some sort of product/chemical on my gray leather seats which caused the leather to be discolored in blotchy patches. They insisted that this problem was not caused by them and was there before but was masked by dirt on the seat. There is no way. It looks like splattered paint/chemical, which is what it is.
