Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
