This place is garbage my daughter been on a bipartisan for over a year they had a power surge during a storm she been without bipartisan for 2 days with no sleep this place sucks

My mother has been on the skilled nursing side of Liberty, Lima for a few weeks. She has major issues getting her meds when she ask for them especially during day shift. I will say some nurses have no problem getting them to her but there are days where she will go 4hours plus after asking. Its caused problems where she was in too much pain to do her therapy. It hurts me know that her pain could be controlled with the meds she is given only if she could get them when she asked and not have to wait so long and let the pain se... read more

Great staff! Very family oriented! Safe environment! Friendly aides! Management has been fixing this facility little by little from the bottom up. Very promising changes with staff and facility.
