Dear Readers - I learned a hard lesson recently when I switched our homeowners and auto insurance to Liberty Mutual...saving money isn't always worth it when a business doesn't care about its customers. I trusted them and recommended to as many as I can, but I regretted it when my premium went higher than comprehensive policy on the same car. Their business partners broke my windshield when they had to fix a crack smaller than a quarter coin, my only claim on the policy. It was even a struggle when I asked them to canceal my insurance.
