They are great - at taking your money. But that's all they are good at. Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible communications, extremely slow to call back. If they call back. Adjuster decided that my new Honda did not need to be repaired to Honda specs, and I have to pay the difference. This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. All their agents are highly incompetent or lazy. Don't be sucked into their low pricing. Once you have any questions about your policy and call their 1-800 number, you will be given the wrong information, then they will cancel your policy with ZERO notice, and steal your money. I should be getting back 4 months worth of coverage but they decided to help themselves to a little more than that. Don't ever sign up for this place.
So I called for a quote for my 2012 silverado to get full coverage got quoted called my insurance to cancel my policy cause I liked the quote I got when I call Liberty Mutual back there saying that they can't find the quote they just gave me not even 20 minutes ago so this turned out to be a big waste of time and now I got to pay more money to resign up for the insurance I already had because people can't do there job and the guy on the phone had a attitude when I told him my concerns when he wanted to change the quote he ju... read more
I've came to the conclusion that im just gonna leave bad reviews on any company that sends me spam mail. lol. ESPECIALLY insurance companies
