Wouldn't recommend liberty mutual for anything
I contacted Liberty by phone for quotes as I had multiple policies I was looking to write through them. Their online system was difficult to customize for this purpose. It took 90 minutes on the initial phone call, and I received unwanted follow up calls and emails. When I did call back to place the policies in effect, the prices they quoted were changed at the last minute and this represented a nearly $600 increase in the quotes given.
