Why don’t you pay out the Insurance claim to The hotel that burnt down in laurel Mississippi???? That’s why they have insurance!! Why are you holding things up so they can’t start to put this back together????? Publicity of this on the HGTV show really spreads the word that people should think twice when reviewing Insurance companies.
Unhelpful when it comes to long term water damage to roof when it’s discovered due to new wind damage. Roof needs replaced and they will do nothing. Severely dissatisfied and will be shopping elsewhere for future coverage
Rate increases to the point of being ridiculous! Only claims over the many many years were a couple of windshield claims that aren't suppose to affect rates. Then insulted me when I cancelled with a NC fee which they blamed on NC and nothing they could do. BS,! I read about the fees and they said they get none of it. Not true just more rip off insurance. It was another $350 plus! Avoid LM at all costs.
Speaking from my experience who ever my insurance sent to supreme bodyworks in Chicopee ma I been with Liberty for a very long time some lady hit my car while parked it never had a problem after that day it needed to go in the shop my insurance Liberty decided to fix it , and they would pursue the other insurance Ken Golden claims adjuster very nice spoken guy after that I get a text 12:25pm from someone saying they not fixing my radiator because there was no damage to the radiator support i thought it was very unprofessiona... read more
