Impossible to get ahold of a live person, and when you do get an actual live agent they just want to transfer you back to the AI customer service department when the customer service department just transferred you to the agent for help. It's like going around in circles for nothing.
Very annoying way of advertising yourselves.
Never pick corporate national insurance! Their customer service sucks and you're usually paying double. Go with a local agent, they will answer the phone promptly. You will not be talking to an AI system that if you don't give them the correct information hangs up on you. That's what Liberty mutual does. Geico, Allstate Liberty etc they all suck and rip you off
Very Disappointing Experience with Liberty Mutual I recently had a very frustrating experience with Liberty Mutual after my convertible top was damaged in an accident. My claim was handled by adjuster Harvey Jade, and I was told that Liberty Mutual would only approve the installation of a used convertible top. The specialized convertible-top shop I contacted would not install a used top, leaving me with no reasonable option through the insurance claim.
