I would give negative stars if that were possible.Way over priced. Keep billing after policy has been canceled. I am paying 1/3 now what I was paying to these people. Same coverage. They were notified in October of 2024 to cancel the policy. My account is still being charged. I have not been able to get a hold of an agent to cancel the policy.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TRYING TO CONTACT AN AGENT. THE WORST KIND OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM,I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND COULDN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE. I JUST WANTED A FAX NUMBER OR AN EMAIL ADDRESS BECAUSE THE WEBSITE DOESN'T PROVIDE . A SHAME.
