Bad experiences over multiple years. When my home flooded 2 years ago, it took me days to get in touch with an agent. This year, when I decided to cancel my policy. They billed my mortgage escrow anyway and now will be 'sending a check to me', so that I can pay it back into my own escrow account. This will all happen after my new policy is set to begin. Nathan recently wrote policies for six new rental properties for me. Rates are all over the place right now as home values climb and construction costs have soared. He walked me through everything and came up with very competitive prices for me. Great communication and customer service. He also does auto and tons of other things. I’ve used him for real estate. 10/10
excellent atmosphere with agents that are willing to shop your rates with multiple carriers to find the best coverage and rate for your budget!
Every friend of mine or hunting buddy above age 50, that I refer to my grandson Brandon Pierce. Always calls me impressed of how much they save and better coverages they get!
Rates are outrageous especially for long time dedicated policy holder!! Don't recommend from personal experience. Liberty is in the name!
