Bad experiences over multiple years. When my home flooded 2 years ago, it took me days to get in touch with an agent. This year, when I decided to cancel my policy. They billed my mortgage escrow anyway and now will be 'sending a check to me', so that I can pay it back into my own escrow account. This will all happen after my new policy is set to begin.
