Their slogan is, pay for what you need but it should be, THEY DON'T PAY FOR WHAT YOU NEED OR HELP! We had a kitchen flood and we received the run around and denial for 7 months. We were shuffled between at least 10 agents and each time it was like starting over with our claim. We would have to leave about a million messages and emails for any of the agents to call us back. For those wondering why we're can't reach anyone on the phone, it's because Liberty Mutual doesn't service any new policies in California any more, because our state is too high risk. I had to call the national customer service line to find out.
