Last month and couple weeks ago I locked my keys in my car I called Roadside service I fought them for 2 hours they were telling me they couldn't fine my policy then they told me I don't have Roadside service. Signed up bc they quoted me 130 opposed to paying 242 at Indiana farm bureau. Took over 2 hours on the phone . Gabe them Info to run first down payment .. has my policy number everything. They never ran my initial first payment and had my info right in the system for auto payments thru my bank . They sent me a letter after a month saying they canceled my policy due go not receiving first payment . Insurance company that tells us one thing but then changes there mind or something completely different the next day? No reason just change their terms. Not sure why but they said they could help us but then completely changed their promise.
Tried to see if I can file a claim. They send automated text but never get human contact with agent .text say he will call but never did.a week has gone by. Never do business with this company. Bad even for an insurance company.
Safeco/Liberty avoided returning calls and was absolute a PIA to work with. If this is what Safeco/Liberty does to people that their clients injure, I can imagine that being a client of theirs is horrific. I will never use Safeco/Liberty. In contrast, we had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From the front desk (Lisa) to the management of the repair (Vaesch & Ramzy), it was an enjoyable experience.
