UPDATE: 3 years later and LMH still sucks! We recently had an issue with our garage they had to call a vendor out. The vendor came out and of course the garage was still not working properly. After leaving an unanswered voicemail and a ZILLION unanswered calls when someone finally picked up the phone I was told the garage vendor lost their credentials and they were trying to find a new. I love this community. The unit we got is very old fashioned inside but it's doable. We don't have many issues. One thing I would like to improve is the bugs and having a gated in community.
The staff is create, maintenance has been helpful and timely and the events are so fun! Shout out to Karen for planning the events and making them fantastic!
