Ive been calling about my air for 2 days. Its been out and there has been a heat advisory. They don't care and have not sent anyone to help. They are now saying its not an emergency because the temperature has dropped below 90 degrees. Its been over 90 degrees all day. My temperature in the home is 86 degrees. These people dont care and won't help.

I only give them 1 because zero is not allowed. I recently had to move out to fulfill short fuse orders received on 12 September 2025 with a reporting date for my I-Stop no later that 13 October 2025, all while I was in San Antonio (My parent command) for training. I soon as I got back I personally spoke to Thomas Glantz and explained my situation, he said to email him my orders to wave the 30 day notice. UPDATE: 3 years later and LMH still sucks! We recently had an issue with our garage they had to call a vendor out. The vendor came out and of course the garage was still not working properly. After leaving an unanswered voicemail and a ZILLION unanswered calls when someone finally picked up the phone I was told the garage vendor lost their credentials and they were trying to find a new.
