My experience moving in was great! Randi was phenomenal, everything was smooth, quick, easy. I love my neighborhood lots of social events and family friendly.
Work
My house and neighborhood are damn near perfect. Never had a problem with maintenance coming in a timely manner and they are all respectful. My 1 star is specifically for Mandy the customer service rep at the office who had so much attitude and was extremely rude when all I wanted to do was book the office for my baby shower. She was extremely short, un helpful, & without telling me a price or how any of it worked (it would be my first time renting the space) she replies to my “I’d like to reserve the day” with “so you going... read more
LMH has the worst manager when it comes to taking care of military families. I don’t understand how military housing things they have all this power over people when there’s a lot of property off base that’s not privatized by the government that is cheaper and actually is taking care of These people. Don’t care about us in the situation that we’re in. Friendly neighbors, nice children friendly amenities, friendly staff, very accomodating and fast to acknowledge issues and have them resolved.
