This is the best housing community I've ever been to. Everyone at the office will welcome you as a member of the family. The maintenance department is always on time and ready to satisfy the community. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to be in a community full of joy and hospitality. Great job, team!
Gateway could be a beautiful neighborhood. The landscaping and housing looks nice on the outside but the security and crime here are so bad. In less than a year here we have heard of or personally experienced homeless people digging through our trash cans, people stealing packages, people looking into home windows at night, mailboxes being broken into or left open for our mail to be stolen (multiple times in the past month), and overall crime (cars getting broken into, things being stolen from cars, and an incident of a home... read more
