If you wanna get screwed over countless times and robbed, this is the housing company for you. Somebody else’s garage remote will set up to my garage as I was backing out they crushed the back of my car took two months for them to acknowledge that that was what happened after I had to explain that I had footage from the garage. Pictures are outdated. There's barely any yards. A kid lost his life falling out of living room window. There's no parking because residents use their garages for storage. Drug addicts come and steal cars packages around 2am. Kids run around breaking things and vandalizing. Maintenance is lazy barely fix anything. They are told to do things and don't do them. No back yards the neighborhood is unsafe and anyone can come in at anytime. No side walks except for the front of the neighborhood. Neighbors are nasty and judgemental.... read more
Alex did an amazing job as usual, and he was very respectful and cleaned up after he was done working. I would definitely recommend him for all of your requests. I put my order in and the same day he was able to fix my sink, which shows his eagerness to help us residence.
Isaac came in to fix our closet doors and did an excellent job (as usual). Not only did he complete the repair efficiently, but he also assisted me with a tarp I needed help with putting up in the backyard. He truly went above and beyond. Isaac is always well-mannered, professional, and courteous. His positive attitude and willingness to help make a big difference. I sincerely appreciate his outstanding service.
