Have only been here for 4 months and this housing company sucks you can’t have a dog unless you have a ESA letter mind you almost everyone has a animal in this neighborhood so what’s the point in doing all of that maintenance comes in and looks at the issue takes the easy way to fix it snd it doesn’t work so you have to call them three more times to get someone to actually fix the problem…my back door won’t lock properly my dishwasher is broken and the outlet for our dryer had popped and sparked first moving in…no backyard s... read more

The office refuses to make disability accommodations, they forget details you call about, refuses to help with parking, and constantly tells us that there’s nothing they can do to help us.

We are in River place in Santee. Liberty has always sent out “notices” about the parking policies and now suddenly they want to actually enforce it. The one time we park in front of our garage they legitimately towed it in the middle of the night. We only have one vehicle and I could have gone into labor that night( keep in mind I am 38 weeks pregnant) How was my husband supposed to take me to the hospital and our toddler? They didn’t even attempt to knock on our door to let us know to move our vehicle or else they will tow.... read more
