I’ve lived in Liberty Housing for about 4 years. I’ve Spent about 2 years in Aero housing community. Since living here I truly have not had any major issue. Some maintenance request that we’re taking care of quickly. This year right before Christmas we had water start leaking from our ceiling and got the unfortunate news that me and my family had to be displaced through Christmas. I went in with .my toddler to turn in my 30 day notice. Sandra thoroughly explained the process and worked quickly. Good experience.
Phyllis is a wonderful representative! Very communicative, listens very well, and very very helpful! My family and I just moved here a few weeks ago and she was the one who helped my family with a very smooth transition! We are very happy and getting settled in smoothly!
