These people are idiots, they can't handle checking in patients without freaking out on them. Never even got to see a doctor because the front desk lady "didn't like my attitude" Sorry, if your incompetent I'm gonna let you know. Veterans cuss, if you dont like that, too bad. Avoid this place like it has the coronavirus.
RecommendedHave used this clinic since the early 90's. Have received nothing but excellent care. If I have an issue that is out of their skill set they have never hesitated to help me find the right place to go to get the best care. If it hadn't been for Dr. Ellerbe and his insistence that I be admitted to St. Elizabeth back in 2008 - I would not be alive to make this post. Forever grateful & appreciative for everything they and their staff are doing to help our community daily, and especially with this COVID-19 crap going round.
My daughter, Annabelle has been going to this place since she was a week old!!!! I love the staff and I love the doctors. There will not be another place that I would be willing to take her to. Dr. Callens and Holly are amazing!
Will NEVER go back! I had an appointment and my mom tried to get one around the same time as me and my appointment was cancelled WITHOUT my consent whatsoever (which is a HIPPA violation) when my mom called to get an appointment, Deborah was rude and hung up in her face (More than once). When I called to see what was going on I was told to just go to urgent care and it was best we didn't come back!?! Worst staff ever!!!
If I could rate it lower than that I would. Had an appointment for an allergic reaction. Was told they couldn't do anything for me so they sent me away. I've been going here for years. No more. Sad that Good doctors are getting a bad wrap because of the staff.
