I am supposed to get a rollator from this company; they were supposed to have delivered it last Friday, this past Monday, and yesterday and it still has not been delivered. I do not think they are a reputable company.
10**********, Definitely and highly recommend. Nick came out Saturday evening to setup a bed, side table and oxygen. WE were in a quick need for my Family to have this equipment available ASAP. He was friendly, caring, explained everything to me. It's fantastic to see such a dedicated Team Member who understands what we are going thru. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Liberty Medical Specialties, especially Joanne Willis. We had - well, for us, a complicated issue with equipment for my cousin in Charlotte and I called for advice, not expecting much based on an experience I had had with another medical equipment supplier, closer to our home.
