Mark was keen to guide us to a new level of our landlord experience. He knew exactly what needed to be repaired in our home in order to have a quick turnaround for renting it. He was patient with us as we got everything in order.

For one year we contemplated whether or not we should rent our house. Being in Korea presented some challenges to coordinate; however, Mark Fee made himself available to answer all my questions. We had never gone though this process before. Mark was very professional and gave us the peace of mind knowing we made the right decision. Mark followed up to see if we had any other questions. If you are thinking of a property management company to use, Liberty Management is the way to go.

Mark Fee was great! This is our first home and our first time renting out a property, so using a property management company was a must. Mark made us feel very comfortable with the entire process and always answered our questions.

Not impressed with Liberty Management. I used them as the property management firm for my rental home. Couldn't wait for the contract to expire. It was nothing but a headache month after month. The tenants were constant complainers and each time they called in for "service" Liberty Management was quick to send someone out and charge me, the owner, a "trip charge". 90% of the time there was nothing wrong or broken but Liberty Management can always find something to charge the owner for.
