RecommendedOn my goodness, I went here today for the first time, I was SO impressed! Great service, fair pricing and so so fast! I found my new ‘go to place’ for my vehicles maintenance.
Fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. I was in and out within 20 minutes - on a Saturday!
Customer service was horrible. When they washed the windows they made huge scratches in all my windows and refused to acknowledge any of it. So don’t go there unless you want them to leave scratches on your windows and then cussing in your face trying to start a fight.
The new owners of this location are AMAZING! They are honest, fast, and really know there stuff! Customer service is always stellar and I have been going to them over a year. You will NOT be disappointed!
Great service for a fair price! Life changes has made it difficult to do my own oil changes, so I take all my personal vehicles to Liberty Lube.
Went to get my oil changed today on my lunch break and was so impressed with the service I received. Not only did it take only about 15 minutes to change my oil, but the vacuumed my floors, wiped down my dash, cleaned my windows AND helped me put on my new windshield wipers that I hadn't figured out how to do yet. They were also just so incredibly nice. I just moved to Liberty Lake and this will definitely be my go to place for services!
The new owners here are amazing.. they really strive to take care of you and your vehicle.. The owner was kind in that he had seen I was a Veteran and didn't charge me for my wiper blades because of my time in service... 5 stars from me for this family run Lube.
The employees absolutely go the extra mile for you. They were quick and offered me a cool area to sit in with free bottled water and a complimentary coffee bar. Tip them well...they deserve it and appreciate it.✌
Took my Subaru Forrester in for an oil change for the first time at Liberty Lube. So happy with the service as I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back!
