Stay away What kind of business are you guys running over there? This guy showed up late and over charged me just to pop a lock it took him 2 seconds.
Stay away Called them for the service. This is not a legitimate store address. It is some guy using a bunch of phone numbers and a bunch of fake addresses (they refer to them as dispatch locations!) sitting in a bedroom somewhere dispatching who knows who to cover your security needs, Scams.
Great Service at a Reasonable price I called Liberty when I was in a bind. I had locked myself out of my house, and it was 11 pm at night. A friend of mine recommended Liberty and they came right away, and even made me a copy of my house key. This time I have it in a safe place. I hope that I don't have to use their service again, but I know that if I do, they will come to my rescue! Great service and I didn't have to pay a lot for the service.
Bad Job This guy screwed me over when I got lockedÂout of my car. It took him over an hour to get to me, not the 15 minutes he promised. Showed up in an unmarked car, then he charged me $185.00 to open my old ford van. (over three times the price he quoted me on the phone) Then he made me pay cash, gave me a generic receipt with a fake address, the whole deal. This guy is a total thief and should be in prison!Â
Scams Scam Artists!ÂThese guys stuck it to me but good! Charged me three times what they quoted to unlock my car, but graciously let me pay with my credit card. The next week, charges started appearing on my card from places over in Europe where I have never been. Oh ya, did I mention that the guy who opened my car was driving an unmarked vehicle and had a European accent. Hmmmm.....I would stay clear of these thieves.Â

My small condo building in downtown DC was being visited by porch pirates and we needed help. Liberty Locks was fantastic. Their technician Donnie Pugh recommended the perfect security system for us that allowed us to buzz in packages when we were away while keeping the building safe. The technicians always showed up on time when we needed assistance and the company maintained a secure record of the changing roster of building inhabitants and their key and fob numbers. I highly recommend Liberty Locks!
