The building is full of black mold, the hallways are disgusting and smell like dog pee, the office and maintenance staff is pretty much non existent. If you need anything done in your apartment expect to wait at least 6 months (most likely longer than that). They exchange broken dishwashers and other appliances with one's from different apartments that don't work either. The "exercise facility" hasn't been opened in 4 years. That place is horrible
They have a million and one postings for rentals but don't answer the phone or anything you fill out online. If they don't currently have rentals then they should take the listings down, answer their phones, or at the very least give the person trying to rent a reply.
