Edit: We'll miss you, Lisa. You were the best manager we've ever seen. A great place to live. The manager, Lisa, is the sweetest, most friendly manager I've ever met in my life. She really cares about your well-being and satisfaction while living here. Has constantly helped me with things that have needed fixing or attention, in the past. Her managing is reason enough to recommend this place. On top of that, living here gives you near touch distance to activities in downtown Ogden. The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. Lisa has gone above and beyond to help me and the Maintenance is always so quick to respond to any problems.

This is a nice place to live. The management our nice and helpful. One of the nicer apartments in Ogden.

This place acts nice and they do a very good job but don’t trust it. They are stricter and meaner than any where I’ve ever lived. They are trying to charge me over $500 for repairs like lightbulbs that were out (didn’t think that was a big deal), blinds that were already broken when I got there and had to deal with the entire time I was there, and supposedly pee stains from a pet on the carpet. I had a cat that they approved and dog sat a dog for less than a week who is fully potty trained. So idk what kind of stuff this pla... read more
