Liberty IV cancelled my appointment twice. When I showed up for the third scheduled appointment, they did not have the IV I needed in stock despite sending me a confirmation email that morning. They then promised me a complementary IV the following day, but when I showed up, the office was closed and no one was there. This place was very disorganized and disappointing.
Very nice and clean place. 10/10 experience my first time. Will return. Feeling amazing after treatment.
I had a good experience at Liberty IV Infusion Therapy in Dallas. Michael and Melissa, the husband and wife team, are incredibly professional, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. With my background in the medical field, I can confidently say I’ve never met anyone as well-versed in Peptide Therapy as Michael. Went to the clinic to get blood work done. Usually end up feeling light headed after blood work or needle shots. But Sam took care of me, gave me water, and let me chill for a few minutes before I left. Didn't feel dizzy at all. I came back after Michael gave me a call of my blood results and even offered some free shots. I insisted to pay for their service. They really treat you well here.
