Ruth and Robert G We had our shade intalled by Jason and Jose. Both very polite and professional. Did an excellent job with the installation and explanation for care and opperation of the unit.
Rex W Today we had a new awning installed by Tyler & Jose. They did a great job. they were very professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and helped us make decisions to help us get everything installed .
I had my new awning installed today and Stewart and Ruben did an excellent job. They were prompt and efficient and very pleasant and informative. They also went out of their way in getting a new cord so it would look perfect. I will really enjoy my patio area and am very pleased with Liberty Home Products and would recommend them to anyone.
Stewart and Ruben did a great job of installing my retractable awning. Came on time I was told to expect them and super nice and easy to work with.
Great experience from the measuring and installation. Robert and Rueben did a great job installing our 25 Ft shade and a nice job cleaning it up. I will be ordering more products from the company.

The Liberty Installation Team, Robert and Seth, came and installed my shade units yesterday in the rain and just did a fantastic job! The entire process that started with Stu and had Dave doing the measurements and making sure all of the specifications were what we wanted just made it easy peasy!
Excellent Customer Service I just returned home to Colorado after three years in the military. To make a long story short, while I was gone my husband ordered a lock for our front door back in May of 2011. When I tried to install the lock I discovered that it was the wrong one for our door. I called Liberty Home Products to tell them about my situation and see if by chance I might be able to get a refund. I talked with Kit who was extremely helpful. My children and I have shopped around from a few of Liberty's competitors in the past.. and found them either ridiculously overpriced or just plain lower quality. Liberty's knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me work with my home owner's association and also provided us with window well covers and steel bars for our windows. We will keep going back and referring our friends and family.
