Your company is sorry . poorly run. My mom had to wait five days to get care. Your manager or what ever he or she is was very rudeand never returned my moms phone calls at all . one of your nurses was not very helpful at all .her name is Amanda. Very displeased with your services. I will let all my community know just how sorry your company is.
To any patient's or family's, I pray you do not use Liberty Home Care or Hospice Service's. Personally speaking, I have never meet a more inept group of so-called professional's. Every encounter with these so-called professional's was horrible. They are rude, demeaning and just down right incompetent. Liberty Home Care, does not need our dollar's, they need prayers in hopes that they are forgiven for the way they have treated their patient's and the patient's families.
