RecommendedIf anyone local to us is looking for a new pediatrician, I just want to recommend & show some love to our pediatrician’s office staff at Liberty Hill Pediatrics They truly went above and beyond for both myself and my daughter this past week, and it meant so much to us! It really cheered us up this weekend during a very stressful time ❤️ Highly recommend them. They are great practicioners and are appreciated so much!
Office is extremely clean, staff is all super friendly and my son loves all the fun paintings in the rooms! Pediatrician was very professional, but also does my sons wellness check in a fun way to keep him calm. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Spence is an answer to prayers. We are so thankful for his care. He has a great bedside manner, never rushes us and takes our concerns seriously. After dealing with some not so great doctors, we were skeptical to see someone else new. He put those feelings to rest right away. And when our youngest had a medical crisis, Dr. Spence went into swift action, keeping us informed and calming our nerves. He even came to the hospital to check on us. Having a toddler, especially a toddler in daycare, we've spent a ton of time at Liberty Hill Pediatrics. The office and providers have always been amazing! We are able to get same day appointments and never wait long to be seen while there. It's also a super convenient location! Our daughter normally sees Laura Swann. Being first time parents we frequently have a ton of questions. Laura has gone above and beyond to help us to include checking in on us after hours and providing guidance with each illness our daughter has had.... read more
We love LHP!! We have been seeing Tiffani for 3 years now and absolutely love her and the office. When Tiffani isn’t available or is in Cedar Park we will see Laura and she is equally amazing. You won’t find a better pairing of pediatricians! 💕💕
