Liberty will get my future calls and recommendation for sure! The response time was impressive. The time frame from the initial voicemail left, call back, arrival time and repair was maybe two hours. Nick shows up and just rocks it out, saves the day! I'm not one to typically leave a review, but there are the exceptions and I couldn't pass this one up!
I needed a circuit board replaced in my Carrier furnace and contacted Liberty for assistance. As things are going in this time of short staffing and supply-side issues, Bruce and his staff performed exceptional customer service for me. Prompt delivery and installation were performed and I was back in business the following day. I highly recommend Liberty for all of your heating/cooling needs. They are fantastic and unmatched in value and quality! Thank you very much... :)
We had our A/C and furnace replaced in July, and Bruce did a wonderful job! They showed up on time in the morning and got all the work done by late afternoon. We got the updated Carrier version of both units and added a humidifier to the furnace. Within a couple of days were got to test the A/C unit because the heat and humidity soared. I have used Liberty Heating and Cooling recently to install additional vents in my basement. They were very professional and responsive to any questions I had. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Very good value compared to other local companies. I also had them back to look at my furnace as it was not operating properly. They came very quick and were able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. Again, great communication and follow through!
Awesome company. They were willing to help me on Sunday with figuring out my furnace issue. How many companies you know are willing to do that on Sunday? Will definitely use these guys in the future!
