I deposited $220 into a loan payment. On the deposit slip I wrote $210 and signed in the slot that stated “Signature required for cash back”. The teller returned my slip for the deposit of $210 but no cash back. When I brought it up that I gave her $220 she counted her drawer and stated that it was right and I did not give her $220. RecommendedI was a Wells Fargo customer trying to just cash a check really quick. I was then asked who I bank through and what benefits I get from them. I was actually just thinking how I was over banking with Wells Fargo. I did not have the best of credit but I was still able to switch over everything smoothly. I now have a better credit score and have more opportunities to get the things I want and need. Liberty First was one of the best choices I have made for my husband and I financially and for our future.
