During Covid the Kasasa account was unable to meet the required 12 transactions- because of Quarantine! They don’t care. Looking for a better deal.
I havent had a job since Augist and I had a car loan through them. I gave the car back in October. Come to find out they are serving me lawsuit papers for the balanced owed. Newsflash I'm still unemployed. They don't care. I'm just curious what is the goal , I own nothing to serve someone legal papers means you intend to get paid but when that person has no means to pay what's the purpose. Basically dont get behind 2 months with them or you will be sued.

We’re working with Jason Bell for our re-finance for our home. Jason is THE BEST. What we really enjoy about Jason is his continuous communication through the duration of the process. He’s also a wizard when it comes to mortgages.
I deposited $220 into a loan payment. On the deposit slip I wrote $210 and signed in the slot that stated “Signature required for cash back”. The teller returned my slip for the deposit of $210 but no cash back. When I brought it up that I gave her $220 she counted her drawer and stated that it was right and I did not give her $220. I contacted the manager after, and after only 15 minutes contacted me back and stated that he counted her drawer and just reinforced that it was correct. This is by far the best bank ever. It is a small town feeling when you walk in there. Everyone is so nice and polite. They have amazing checking options, I use Kasasa. My kids have accounts there and they always send them free invites monthly for saving. They go out of there way to help you in any situation. Shawna is my favorite banker.
