During Covid the Kasasa account was unable to meet the required 12 transactions- because of Quarantine! They don’t care. Looking for a better deal.
I havent had a job since Augist and I had a car loan through them. I gave the car back in October. Come to find out they are serving me lawsuit papers for the balanced owed. Newsflash I'm still unemployed. They don't care. I'm just curious what is the goal , I own nothing to serve someone legal papers means you intend to get paid but when that person has no means to pay what's the purpose. Basically dont get behind 2 months with them or you will be sued.
They convince customers to change accounts for better interest rates then lie about having no fees. I was just told by the bank manager after having been charged fees for bit using my account enough that the person that convinced me to change account types must have misspoke. That person lied very clearly.

I deposited $220 into a loan payment. On the deposit slip I wrote $210 and signed in the slot that stated “Signature required for cash back”. The teller returned my slip for the deposit of $210 but no cash back. When I brought it up that I gave her $220 she counted her drawer and stated that it was right and I did not give her $220. I contacted the manager after, and after only 15 minutes contacted me back and stated that he counted her drawer and just reinforced that it was correct.
