During Covid the Kasasa account was unable to meet the required 12 transactions- because of Quarantine! They don’t care. Looking for a better deal.
I havent had a job since Augist and I had a car loan through them. I gave the car back in October. Come to find out they are serving me lawsuit papers for the balanced owed. Newsflash I'm still unemployed. They don't care. I'm just curious what is the goal , I own nothing to serve someone legal papers means you intend to get paid but when that person has no means to pay what's the purpose. Basically dont get behind 2 months with them or you will be sued.

I wish I could give zero stars. I worked for this company and attended many staff meetings that encouraged us to be attentive and courteous to our members. I bank at this institution as well. Obviously, the world is under attack with the coronavirus and a lot of people are finding themselves in situations that are scary and uncertain. I have several accounts and loans with this credit union and I am a hardworking, middle class, mother and wife.
